Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between Winsortoto ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("you", "the User", "the Player") who accesses, registers with, or otherwise uses the services available at winsortoto.cam and any associated subdomains or mobile-optimised versions thereof.

Winsortoto is an online sports betting and live casino platform operated under international gaming licensing. The Platform provides sports wagering, live dealer casino games, slots, crash games, and associated entertainment services to eligible users. By creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be bound by them.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gambling Policy (available at Responsible Gambling), and any specific promotion terms that may be issued separately. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall take precedence for the matter to which they relate.

Winsortoto reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notification of any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply throughout:

Account Eligibility

Access to the Winsortoto Platform and registration of an account is subject to the following eligibility criteria, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and maintained throughout the lifetime of the account:

• You must be a natural person aged 21 years or above. Winsortoto strictly enforces a minimum age of 21 for all registered users. Corporate entities, trusts, and other non-natural persons may not register accounts.
• You must be the legal owner of the payment method(s) used to deposit funds into your account. Depositing funds on behalf of another person, or accepting deposits from a third party into your account, is strictly prohibited.
• You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to your place of residence.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, officer, director, or close family member of any employee or contractor of Winsortoto or any affiliated company.
• You must not be currently under a self-exclusion order placed with Winsortoto or any other gambling operator, nor under any regulatory exclusion that would prohibit your participation in online gambling.
• You must not have had a previous Winsortoto account suspended or permanently closed for breach of these Terms or for fraudulent conduct.

Winsortoto reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending resolution.

Account Registration & Security

Each individual may hold only one registered account on the Winsortoto Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual ("multi-accounting") is a material breach of these Terms and will result in permanent closure of all associated accounts, forfeiture of any pending withdrawals, and potential reporting to relevant authorities.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information. This includes your legal full name, date of birth, email address, and phone number. Providing false or misleading registration information constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. Winsortoto strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. You must:

• Not share your username or password with any third party under any circumstances.
• Log out of your account at the end of each session, particularly when using a shared or public device.
• Notify our support team immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Not permit any other person to access or use your account, even with your consent.

Winsortoto will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to take reasonable precautions to protect your credentials. In the event of a suspected security breach, we may temporarily suspend your account while an investigation is conducted.

Terms of Use

By accessing the Platform, you agree to use it solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes. You acknowledge that all wagers placed represent a voluntary decision made by you as an adult of sound judgment.

The Platform and all services thereon are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While Winsortoto makes every reasonable effort to maintain uninterrupted service — including during high-traffic periods such as major Liga Super Malaysia fixtures, English Premier League rounds, and UFC fight events — we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability at all times.

You agree that:

• All bets and wagers placed through your account are final once confirmed, subject to the specific betting rules applicable to the event or game in question.
• You will not use the Platform for any purpose other than lawful personal entertainment wagering.
• You will not attempt to exploit, circumvent, or manipulate the Platform's technical systems, odds-setting mechanisms, or promotional structures.
• You understand that gambling involves financial risk and that past performance does not guarantee future results.
• You accept full financial responsibility for all wagers placed through your account, regardless of whether those wagers were placed with your knowledge or consent (in cases where you have failed to secure your account credentials).

Winsortoto reserves the right to void any bet or game result where there is reasonable evidence of technical error, data feed failure, or exploitation of a manifest odds error. In such cases, the staked amount will be returned to the Player's account balance.

Deposits & Withdrawals

Winsortoto supports the following payment methods for Malaysian players: DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, and cryptocurrency channels including Bitcoin (BTC) and USDT. Supported methods may be updated from time to time at Winsortoto's discretion.

Deposits: All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Minimum deposit amounts and any applicable processing fees are displayed at the point of transaction. Deposits are generally credited to your account balance within minutes; delays may occasionally occur due to banking or e-wallet processing times outside Winsortoto's control.

Withdrawals: The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

• KYC verification must be completed and approved before the first withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals may only be directed to a payment account registered in your own name and matching your KYC-verified identity.
• Any bonus funds credited to your account must meet the stated wagering requirement before the corresponding balance becomes withdrawable.
• E-wallet withdrawals via Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, and GrabPay are typically processed within 5 to 30 minutes under standard conditions.
• Bank transfers to Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and Hong Leong are generally completed within the same business day, subject to interbank processing schedules.
• Cryptocurrency withdrawals are subject to network confirmation times beyond Winsortoto's control.
• Winsortoto reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal at its sole discretion.

Bonuses & Promotions

Winsortoto offers various promotions to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, birthday bonuses, referral rewards, and VIP tier benefits. All promotional offers are subject to the following general conditions unless the specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Each bonus offer is available to one eligible account per household, per device, and per IP address, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be fulfilled using the Player's own real-money balance or eligible bonus funds as specified in the promotion terms. Certain game types (such as live sports betting at certain odds, specific slots, or table games) may contribute at different rates toward wagering requirements.
• Bonuses have an expiry period from the date of issue. Any bonus not consumed within the stated validity window will be automatically voided from the account.
• Maximum bet limits apply when wagering with active bonus funds. Placing bets above the stated maximum per round while a bonus is active may result in forfeiture of both the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Winsortoto reserves the right to reclaim any bonus or winnings derived from a bonus if it determines, at its sole discretion, that the bonus was claimed through fraudulent means, technical exploitation, or in violation of these Terms.

The Platform's birthday bonus program and referral reward scheme are subject to additional individual terms communicated at the point of offer. Reward figures stated in promotional materials (such as the Birthday Bonus of up to MYR 2,688 or the referral reward of MYR 38 per qualifying referral) are conditional on VIP tier status and compliance with all applicable terms at the time of payout.

Betting & Gaming Rules

Specific rules governing individual sports markets, live betting, casino games, crash games, and instant-win titles are published within the relevant sections of the Platform. These sport-specific and game-specific rules form part of these Terms and should be read in conjunction with them.

General principles applicable to all betting and gaming activity on the Platform include:

• Bet confirmation: A wager is only considered accepted and binding once a confirmation message is displayed on the Platform. Bets placed during periods of technical fault or communication interruption may be voided at Winsortoto's discretion.
• Manifest errors: Winsortoto reserves the right to void bets placed at odds that were clearly erroneous due to human error or data feed failure. Examples include odds of 1000/1 for a heavily favoured outcome in a Liga Super Malaysia or EPL match due to a data entry error.
• Live betting: In-play markets are offered at Winsortoto's discretion. We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or remove live betting markets at any time without notice, including during significant match events.
• Casino games: All casino game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNG). Game results are final once a round is completed. Winsortoto is not responsible for any technical failure on the Player's device or internet connection that interrupts a game round.
• Maximum payout: Winsortoto applies a maximum single-event payout limit. This limit is displayed within the relevant product section and may vary by sport, league, or game type. Winsortoto reserves the right to reduce stake amounts on bets that would result in a payout exceeding this limit.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are expressly prohibited on the Winsortoto Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of account balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Multi-accounting: Creating, operating, or benefiting from more than one registered account.
• Fraudulent activity: Use of stolen payment details, fraudulent identification documents, or any other deceptive practice to create or operate an account.
• Automated wagering: Use of bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated software to place bets, claim bonuses, or interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to manipulate game or event outcomes, sharing account information for the purpose of betting, or engaging in chip-dumping in poker or table games.
• Money laundering: Using the Platform to deposit, cycle, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activity, or using the Platform primarily as a transactional vehicle rather than for genuine gaming entertainment.
• Chargeback abuse: Initiating payment disputes or chargebacks with your financial institution for deposits that were legitimately processed by Winsortoto.
• Systematic bonus exploitation: Using multiple accounts, coordinated group strategies, or technical manipulation to systematically extract value from promotional offers in a manner not consistent with genuine recreational play.
• Underage access: Attempting to register or use the Platform while under the age of 21, or facilitating access by an underage person.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Winsortoto Platform, including but not limited to the brand name, logo, trademarks, interface design, graphics, text, software architecture, and game content licensed to us by third-party studios, is protected by applicable intellectual property law. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or commercially exploit any Platform content without prior written consent from Winsortoto.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software component of the Platform.
• Use any Winsortoto trademark, logo, or brand name in any context that could imply endorsement, affiliation, or partnership without explicit written authorisation.
• Scrape, harvest, or systematically extract data from the Platform using automated tools.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Winsortoto, its officers, employees, contractors, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.

Winsortoto's total aggregate liability to any individual user, in respect of any claim or series of related claims arising from or in connection with use of the Platform, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Winsortoto does not warrant that the Platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from security vulnerabilities. We will not be liable for losses resulting from third-party service failures, including but not limited to banking system downtime, e-wallet processing errors, or internet service provider interruptions.

Suspension & Termination

Winsortoto reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach or suspected breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period when requested.
• Suspicious account activity consistent with fraud, money laundering, or collusion.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from your financial institution.
• Discovery that the account was registered using false information.
• Request by a regulatory authority or law enforcement agency.
• Determination that the account holder is or has become ineligible under Clause 3.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, Winsortoto will endeavour to communicate the reason and anticipated timeline to the account holder where doing so does not compromise the investigation. Funds in a suspended account will be held securely during the investigation period.

You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Voluntarily closed accounts with a positive real-money balance will have those funds returned to the verified payment method on file, subject to identity verification. Any active bonus funds at the time of voluntary account closure will be forfeited.

Responsible Gambling

Winsortoto is committed to promoting safe, responsible, and controlled gambling. We provide the following tools to help players manage their activity:

• Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account at any time through their account settings.
• Session time limits: Players may set maximum session durations after which they will be automatically logged out.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Winsortoto holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be referred to our customer support team for internal resolution.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through our internal process within a reasonable period, it may be escalated to the relevant dispute resolution mechanism provided by our licensing authority. Players may not initiate legal proceedings in relation to a dispute until the internal complaints procedure has been fully exhausted.

Malaysian players acknowledge that their use of the Platform is subject to international law applicable to Winsortoto's licence jurisdiction and not necessarily to Malaysian domestic law. Players are individually responsible for understanding their legal position under applicable Malaysian legislation.

Amendments

Winsortoto reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time and for any reason, including changes in regulatory requirements, operational changes, or legal updates. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised accordingly whenever changes are made.

Where changes to these Terms are material — meaning they significantly affect your rights or obligations as a user — Winsortoto will make reasonable efforts to notify active account holders via email or in-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect. Where changes are minor or administrative in nature, they may take effect immediately upon publication.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your account in accordance with Clause 12.
